workshops for secondary schools, colleges & universities
Join Punchdrunk for a unique insight into our performance practice in this physical performance workshop. Using Punchdrunk’s unique site-sympathetic style, participants will develop their performance skills in response to site, sound and source material. A must for students who want to develop their physical and non-verbal devising skills, while exploring the potential of site-sympathetic theatre.
Punchdrunk is currently one of eight companies selected as influential theatre practitioners that students can choose to study on the A- Level Drama and Theatre syllabus. Woyzeck is also listed as one of the prescribed texts for closer analysis, the source text for Punchdrunk’s production The Drowned Man: A Hollywood Fable.
These workshops are also suitable for FE and HE students.
A typical workshop is 2 hours and 30 minutes for a maximum of 20 students but please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for longer and full day workshop opportunities.
There is a 25% discount for schools in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
