workshops for secondary schools, colleges & universities
Join Punchdrunk for a unique insight into our performance practice in this physical performance workshop. Using Punchdrunk’s unique site-sympathetic style, participants will develop their performance skills in response to site, sound and source material. A must for students who want to develop their physical and non-verbal devising skills, while exploring the potential of site-sympathetic theatre. The workshops are led by core Punchdrunk creative associates at Fallow Cross.
Punchdrunk is currently one of eight companies selected as influential theatre practitioners that students can choose to study on the A- Level Drama and Theatre syllabus. Woyzeck is also listed as one of the prescribed texts for closer analysis, the source text for Punchdrunk’s production The Drowned Man: A Hollywood Fable.
These workshops are also suitable for FE and HE students.
A typical workshop is 2 hours and 30 minutes for a maximum of 20 students but please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for longer and full day workshop opportunities.
There is a 25% discount for schools in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
